HOW DO I MEASURE MY PETS NECK:

Use a soft tape measure and measure their neck circumference along with two fingers for comfortability. then using the circumference numbers in inches, follow our size guide to find your pups size.

if you do not have a tape measure, use a string to measure than keep your exact placement on the string and hold the string up to a ruler.

if you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up. you can always roll the bandana down if it is too large. feel free to message me if you would like more assistance getting the correct size.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Ships within 4-5 business days.

DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days

Therefore, it generally takes 8-10 business days (PRODUCTION + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.

CARE AND CLEANING

All Brass and Silver tags will tarnish over time. You can follow these few simple steps to keep your pets tags looking new and sparkling.

Use a polishing pad included with your order to polish off any tarnish or discoloration.
